By creating an account or using QRs.bd, you agree to these terms. If you are using QRs.bd for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QRs.bd website, app, API and redirect engine (the “Service”). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys you issue.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or route codes and links that:

Distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content.
Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Promote illegal goods, harassment, or hateful content.
Circumvent rate limits, plan quotas, or our security controls.

We may disable any code, link or account that violates this section, without notice where necessary to protect users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the destinations, designs and data you bring to the Service. You grant us the limited license needed to host, route and display that content so the Service can function. You are responsible for the content your codes point to.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Exceeding plan quotas may pause new creation or redirects until you upgrade.

Availability

We work hard to keep the redirect engine fast and online, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect uptime.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and active codes may stop resolving.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRs.bd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
